I setup a single latching button software panel. All functions work fine except the stack event actions that change the button caption on the button will not push the change to the Software button panel. The caption is to change from Test-PGM to Test-Auto depending if the qualifier is met or not met. I know the qualifier is proper as the state(color) and route changes take place. Has anyone else noticed this? Can anyone duplicate the same issue? I'm running server version 4.55 RC11 and Client Version 4.54 RC10. The action item is a simple button caption and state change.

Unable to duplicate. It works just fine. Verify you are correctly identifying the button name. Make sure there is nothing else changing its state.

In version 4.55 RC 11 a latching function was added to the qualifier in stacked events. I assumed this would also work when linking with the software panel buttons, but an infinite loop was created and I had to resort to the older method of writing to a memory slot to avoid the loop. Works fine now. The stacked event would never display the changed caption because it was changing back and forth too fast.

Thanks for your input.
